1, range
N type, NU type, NJ type and NF type, diameter series 2, 3, nominal inner diameter is 15mm~120mm, radial clearance Vibration (speed) technical conditions for cylindrical roller bearings (hereinafter referred to as bearings) that comply with the 0 group clearance specified in GB/T4604-2006.
2, measurement method
Under the prescribed measurement method, three positions roughly equidistant in the circumferential direction of the outer cylindrical surface of the bearing outer ring are selected for measurement. The arithmetic mean of the vibration (speed) of the three positions in a certain frequency band is the vibration (speed) value of the bearing in that frequency band.
For bearings that need to be tested on both front and back sides, the larger value of the vibration (speed) value of a certain frequency band on the two sides is the vibration (speed) value of the bearing in that frequency band.
3, technical requirements
1) For cylindrical roller bearings with inner diameters 15mm~60mm, the vibration (speed) of individual bearings in different groups should comply with the provisions of table 1.
2) For cylindrical roller bearings with inner diameters 65mm~120mm, the vibration (speed) of individual bearings in different groups should comply with the provisions of table 2.
4, measurement requirements
1) Speed
For single-row cylindrical roller bearings with an inner diameter ≤60mm, the set speed is 1800r/min;
For single-row cylindrical roller bearings with an inner diameter of 65mm~120mm, the set speed is 900r/min. The speed deviation is in accordance with the provisions of 4.1 in GB/T24610.4-2009.
2) Bearing radial and axial loads
A radial load should be applied to the bearing. The radial load setting value (synthetic value) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table A.1. Other requirements shall be in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 in GB/T 24610.4-2009.
5, measurement and evaluation methods
For NJ type and NF type cylindrical roller bearings, according to the direction in which the bearing can bear the axial load, an axial load no greater than 30N is applied to the end face of the outer ring to ensure stable operation.
For U-type and NU-type cylindrical roller bearings, during the test process, it should be ensured that the inner and outer rings do not have relative axial offset, and the maximum relative axial offset of the end faces of the inner and outer rings should not be greater than 0.5mm.
When there is any objection to the test results, both positive and negative tests should be performed. The test duration is as specified in 6.5 in GB/T 24610.1-2009. If the stable state cannot be reached within 5min after starting the test, the bearing will be treated as a defective product.
