Any time the coupling is disassembled, the cover and grille need to be removed. A round metal rod or screwdriver is a handy tool for removing grilles.
1. Half coupling installation.
2.Adjust the gap between the two coupling halves.
3.Adjust tooth to tooth alignment.
4. Embedded serpentine spring.
5. Grease the teeth and serpentine springs liberally.
6. Install the protective cover and tighten the bolts.
