Just follow the steps below for rough adjustment:

1, unscrew the four fastening bolts of the coupling protective cover, and remove the protective cover;

2, turn the coupling by hand, and observe whether the front and rear couplings are level, and whether there is any shaking or deflection; you can place tools such as a ruler close to the coupling as an auxiliary reference, and observe whether the gap between the outer circle of the coupling and the ruler changes significantly during rotation;

3. If the coupling is not concentric, adjust accordingly: (1) If it is deviated left or right, loosen the fastening bolts of the pump head bearing seat or motor, and fine-tune the direction of the pump head or motor; (2) If the pump-side coupling is higher than the motor-side coupling, a metal sheet can be placed under the motor to raise the motor; otherwise, a metal sheet can be placed under the pump head bearing seat to raise the pump head;

4, check the end face gap between the pump end coupling and the motor end coupling, it should not be less than 1mm, generally between 2~3mm;

5, the coupling adjustment is completed, reinstall the protective cover, and confirm that the fastening bolts of the pump head bearing seat and the motor are tightened.
